When you sign a GroundsCare plan, here's the standard you're holding us to.
Before the season begins, you receive a service calendar showing every scheduled visit and service — mowing weeks, cleanup dates, mulch timing, fertilization rounds, and pruning windows.
Every crew member has completed background testing, drug screening, safety training, and equipment orientation. Uniforms are worn, trucks are branded, and worksites are left clean.
Weather delays, schedule adjustments, and property issues are communicated proactively — not after you call to ask. Service completion updates come automatically through the portal.
Our crews are trained observers. They flag drainage problems, pest activity, turf thinning, and hardscape concerns before you notice them. Weekly visits mean weekly inspections.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Questions, concerns, and service requests are handled by real people who know your property and your contract.
Spring startup, fall shutdown, and (for commercial accounts) the GroundsCare-to-SnowCare handoff happen seamlessly — no gaps in coverage, no lapsed service windows.
