Residential GroundsCare

12 Monthly Payments

  • Billed January through December — 12 even installments
  • Invoices issued on the 15th of every month
  • Auto-charge is required for all residential accounts
  • Credit card or ACH bank transfer
  • 5% discount available for full seasonal prepayment
  • Late fees: 1.5%/month on balances past 30 days
Example: A $4,800/year plan costs just $400/month — the same amount every month, regardless of which services happen that month.

Commercial GroundsCare

7 Monthly Payments

  • Billed April through October — 7 even installments
  • Invoices issued on the 15th of every month
  • Auto-charge is strongly encouraged for all commercial accounts
  • Credit card, ACH, or check accepted
  • 5% discount available for full seasonal prepayment
  • SnowCare add-on available (Nov–Mar seasonal or per occurrence)

Mulching

Fresh mulch application to retain moisture, suppress weeds, and enhance appearance, with mulch blowing typically used on larger and tight-access properties.

Perennial Cutbacks

Strategic seasonal perennial cutbacks to reset beds, remove spent growth, and support healthier regrowth.

Perimeter Pest Control

Recurring preventative exterior perimeter treatments with 4 visits per year to reduce insect pressure before pests move indoors.

Lawn Flea & Tick Control

Targeted seasonal lawn treatments with a standard 4-visit annual cadence to reduce flea and tick pressure in active outdoor areas.

Seasonal Color Rotations (Annuals)

Spring, summer, and fall color rotations with annuals, bulbs, and fall decor options like pumpkins, hay bales, and cornstalks.

Aeration & Overseeding

Core aeration and overseeding to relieve compaction, improve seed-to-soil contact, and build thicker, healthier turf.

Compost Top Dressing

Targeted compost applications to increase soil organic matter, improve moisture performance, and support stronger turf growth.

Soil Testing

A Detailed Seasonal Calendar

Before the season begins, you receive a service calendar showing every scheduled visit and service — mowing weeks, cleanup dates, mulch timing, fertilization rounds, and pruning windows.

Consistent Crew Quality

Every crew member has completed background testing, drug screening, safety training, and equipment orientation. Uniforms are worn, trucks are branded, and worksites are left clean.

Proactive Communication

Weather delays, schedule adjustments, and property issues are communicated proactively — not after you call to ask. Service completion updates come automatically through the portal.

Proactive Property Oversight

Our crews are trained observers. They flag drainage problems, pest activity, turf thinning, and hardscape concerns before you notice them. Weekly visits mean weekly inspections.

Mon–Fri Office Support

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Questions, concerns, and service requests are handled by real people who know your property and your contract.

Spring startup, fall shutdown, and (for commercial accounts) the GroundsCare-to-SnowCare handoff happen seamlessly — no gaps in coverage, no lapsed service windows.

Commercial Clients: Add SnowCare

Pair your GroundsCare plan with a SnowCare contract for year-round property management. SnowCare runs November through March — available as a seasonal plan (even monthly payments) or per occurrence. One company, twelve months of coverage.

Common Questions

What if I only need mowing — can I still get a plan?
Yes. Your GroundsCare plan is customized to your needs. If mowing is all your property requires, that's what the plan includes. Most properties benefit from additional seasonal services, but there's no forced upsell.
Why is auto-charge required for residential?
Auto-charge keeps your account current automatically and eliminates late fees. For residential accounts, it's required as part of the service agreement. Commercial accounts are strongly encouraged to use it as well.
What if I need something outside the plan?
Extra services — storm damage, irrigation repairs, new plantings, add-on treatments — are estimated separately but can be easily added to your already-occurring monthly invoices. No separate billing relationship needed. One-time projects with larger scope are billed on a payment schedule basis with deposits and draws depending on length and cost.
Can I cancel mid-season?
Recurring service contracts require 30 days written notice. Early termination may incur fees as outlined in your agreement. We structure contracts fairly — but we do plan crews and materials around commitments.
Is there a discount for paying upfront?
Yes — we offer a 5% discount when you prepay the full seasonal total before service begins. Contact us to discuss eligibility.
