QWhat services does TruScape offer?+

We provide residential and commercial landscape maintenance and construction services including weekly lawn maintenance, landscape bed weed control, mulching, seasonal cleanups, trimming and pruning, planter installations, landscape construction, and snow & ice management.

QWhat areas do you serve?+

We primarily serve Westmoreland County and parts of Allegheny County, including Greensburg, Irwin, North Huntingdon, Latrobe, New Stanton, and nearby communities.

QWhat are your hours of operation?+

We operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During winter months, we offer 24/7 emergency snow and ice management for contracted clients.

QHow long has TruScape been in business?+

TruScape was established in 2020 and has served homeowners and commercial properties across the region with reliable, detail-oriented service.

QAre you affiliated with any industry organizations?+

Yes. We are members of the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP), Pennsylvania Landscape & Nursery Association (PLNA), and the Westmoreland County Chamber of Commerce.

Consultations & Services

QHow do I schedule a consultation?+

You can schedule online through our website. We prefer virtual consultations for convenience, but we can accommodate phone consultations when needed.

QWhat is the cost of an on-site consultation?+

On-site consultations are $250 and include a detailed property assessment and a 2D design plan. 3D renderings and walkthroughs are available for an additional fee.

QWhat is included in the initial weeding & pre-emergent application?+

We perform a thorough initial weeding and apply a pre-emergent herbicide to prevent new weed growth. This helps bring beds to a manageable baseline before ongoing maintenance.

QDo you offer seasonal service plans?+

Yes. Residential plans are available in 8-month or 12-month schedules. Commercial GroundsCare is typically 7 months, and SnowCare is typically 5 months.

Project Process

QWhat is the process for landscape construction projects?+

We begin with an initial consultation, then an on-site meeting as needed. After gathering details, we create a proposal with design and pricing. Once approved, we schedule and complete the work with ongoing updates.

QCan I submit design inspirations or site maps?+

Absolutely. You can submit inspiration photos, sketches, or site plans through our secure upload portal and we’ll use them to guide your design.

QWhat can I do in the customer portal?+

You can view service history, see crew photos, review invoices, approve estimates, schedule services, and submit work requests.

QHow do I set up my customer portal account?+

After signing up, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to create your account. If the link expires, contact us and we will resend it.

QHow do I submit a work request?+

Log into the portal, open the Requests tab, and submit a new request with details. Our team will follow up promptly.

QCan I add additional users to my account?+

Yes. You can add additional users from the Profile tab and assign permissions for viewing invoices or approving estimates.

Billing & Payments

QHow are payments processed?+

Residential services are billed weekly after service. Commercial services are billed monthly, with invoices issued mid-month. We accept credit cards, ACH, and checks.

QHow do I update my payment method?+

Log into the portal, go to the Profile tab, and add or edit your payment method.

QWhat is auto-charge and how do I set it up?+

Auto-charge automatically pays recurring invoices. Add a payment method in your profile and enable auto-charge with an optional monthly limit.

QWhat happens if my payment method fails?+

You’ll receive a notification to update your payment method. We recommend updating promptly to avoid service interruptions.

QAre there discounts for early or annual prepayment?+

We occasionally offer discounts for early payment or annual prepayment. Contact us to discuss eligibility and current offers.
