We keep billing simple by dividing your total annual cost into 12 equal monthly installments (Jan-Dec). This flat-rate approach makes budgeting easy and eliminates surprise spikes in your bill. We don’t charge “per visit” because your lawn’s needs vary—some months require more attention, others less.

How Scheduling & Visits Work

Your plan includes a set number of visits for the season (e.g., mowing is ~28 visits). Your monthly payment is a fixed average and does not change based on the number of visits in a given month. This allows us to service your property based on what it needs, not a rigid count. For the most accurate schedule, please check the Customer Portal.

Data-Driven, Transparent Pricing

Your price is calculated using a five-year average of job data (labor, equipment, fuel) and your property’s specific measurements. This allows us to do what's right for your lawn—like double-cutting in spring or skipping a mow during a drought to avoid turf damage—without affecting your bill.

With autopay, your monthly installment is paid on time, every time. We use trusted, encrypted payment processors to keep your information secure. You can update your payment method anytime through our secure customer portal.
