Terms and Conditions for Irrigation Service Call Repair:
1. Service Call Charges: TruScape Irrigation Service Call Repair includes a base price that covers the service call, diagnostics, and the first 2 hours of a technician's time on site. Any additional time required for repairs or replacements will be billed separately at the applicable hourly rate.
2. Additional Parts and Materials: The base price does not include the cost of any necessary parts or materials required for repairs or replacements. The customer will be responsible for the cost of such parts or materials. TruScape will provide an itemized invoice outlining the cost of the parts and materials used during the repair.
3. Payment Terms: Payment for the Irrigation Service Call Repair is due upon completion of the service. TruScape accepts various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic bank transfers. Payment should be made in the currency specified on the invoice.
4. Cancellation or Rescheduling: If the customer needs to cancel or reschedule the appointment for the Irrigation Service Call Repair, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Access to Property: The customer agrees to provide clear and unobstructed access to the irrigation system components that require attention. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked, pathways are clear, and any potential hazards are addressed to facilitate the technician's work.
6. Customer's Responsibilities: The customer is responsible for providing accurate and relevant information regarding the issues they are experiencing with the irrigation system. This includes any relevant system history, previous repairs, or maintenance records that may assist the technician in diagnosing and resolving the problems effectively.
7. Limited Warranty: TruScape provides a limited warranty on repairs conducted during the Irrigation Service Call. The warranty period and coverage will be clearly outlined in the invoice or repair documentation. The warranty does not cover issues arising from subsequent damage, neglect, improper use, or unauthorized repairs.
8. Liability: While TruScape strives to deliver high-quality service, the customer acknowledges that there may be inherent risks associated with the repair of irrigation systems. TruScape will not be held liable for any damage, losses, or injuries that may occur during or as a result of the service call repair, except for cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Westmoreland County.
